The stay was good, the “financial team” of the host is not reachable to clarify the situation. Hence, my overall 1* rati
Positive: Besides the check-in process that requires an upload of your passport picture and a selfie, the stay was good.
Negative: The host does not provide me with an invoice, even booking.com support was unsuccessful to reach them. The host initially said that I get the invoice from booking.com, which is wrong. This is after writing back and forth for a week now.

Schönes Apartment gut gelegen
Positive: Schönes großzügiges sauberes Apartment mit 1 Doppelbett und einer großen Schlafcouch. Gut in navigli gelegen.
Negative: Etwas umständlich die Rechnung zu bekommen, der 2. Schlüssel passte nicht. sonst alles perfekt. Super Beschreibung für Weg/ Check in etc.
