Excelente Positive: La limpieza, Muy Buena Ubicación, Tiene todo lo necesario, Muy Contentos que no haya Televisión (Uno se conecta más con uno mismo) Negative: Es necesario arreglar la parte del Parker, que está levantada en el pasillo donde está el baño (es peligroso)

Positive: 관광지 대부분을 걸어서 갈 수 있을정도로 위치가 완벽했고 마트도 가까워서 너무 편리했습니다. 주방 시설도 잘 갖추어져 있고 전반적인 숙소 청결도도 괜찮습니다. 숙소 입실 전에 여러번 귀찮게 질문 드렸는데도 매번 친절하고 빠른 답변을 받을 수 있었어요. 로마에서 좋은 기억만 가지고 가요 😊

Amazing location.......... Disgusting accommodation and awful hosts. Do not stay here! Positive: The only positive of this accommodation was the location Negative: It was disgustingly filthy and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We were greeted with a half drank, open bottle of wine on the shelf and a coffee machine filled with unclean water. The pillows on the bed were horrid and there was a spiders nest in the corner of the bathroom. The walls and switches were grubby and the furniture stained and dirty. We complained on day 1, on day three they did a 'deep clean'. This was also appalling. They even left all the rubbish from the sofa/chair covers they had bought to hide the dirty furniture, so we had no bin space! We asked for a refund so we could go and find somewhere else to stay and they refused. They only offered to refund us the cleaning fee, which felt a wild thing to offer. We complained to booking.com and the host refused to negotiate with them also, offering nothing above the cleaning fee by way of making amends. Booking.com assured us they are dealing with this. Throughout this process they apologised profusely several times and took full responsibility, admitting it was not acceptable, but refused to offer anything in the way of a refund to allow us to leave, or make up for the appalling condition of the apartment Please see the pictures to show how bad this place is

Apartament duży i wygodny, czysty, w samym sercu Rzymu, godny polecenia. Byliśmy 2 razy w tym roku. Positive: Apartament jest schludny i czysty, duży i wygodny, bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany w samym sercu Rzymu. Do głównych atrakcji : Kapitol, Ołtarz Ojczyzny, Forum Romanum, Koloseum, Fontanna di Trevi, Schody Hiszpańskie, Panteon, plac Navona jest blisko, można dojść pieszo. Do Watykanu ok.6 przystanków autobusowych. Gorąco polecam. Lidia z Polski
