[10 Min from Termini] Sister’s Cozy Rome Apartment

Positive: AC in both rooms, everything needed in kitchen. Towels, shampoo, shower gel, everything is clean and new, nice view

This apartment feels like home. Positive: We were two people checking in, and the apartment was spacious enough for us. The two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were all clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host/landlord was easy to contact via WhatsApp or Booking.com messages. There are several supermarkets nearby, which makes it easy to get daily supplies. Negative: Guests are required to pay the city/tourist tax via a Stripe payment link provided by the host. However, given the growing number of online fraud cases, I had concerns about the security and authenticity of the payment link. I was also uncertain whether the host who sent it was genuine or a fraudulent landlord/scammer. Although I was initially concerned about the security of the payment link, I eventually decided to proceed with the payment, and everything turned out fine. I would suggest that the host let Booking.com handle the collection of the city tax. For travelers with suitcases, this apartment may be a bit far from Termini Station, requiring about a 20-minute walk with luggage. If you don't want to walk while pulling a heavy suitcase, you can also get there by bus or Uber.

Positive: Czysto i bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Positive: Die komfortable Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen und dennoch lebendigen Stadtteil. Es gab in kürzester Entfernung alles, was man so braucht: Café/Bars, gute, nicht teure Restaurants (Tipps des hosts), Bäckerei, Eisdiele, Supermarkt, Bushaltestellen...Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll. Negative: Wer gerne selbst kocht, vermisst evtl. ein paar Küchenutensilien wie Schneidebrett, eine gute Reibe, Schüsselchen.
